REFUND POLICY:

At Green Earth Matcha we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make from us. We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily provide a full refund or gladly send your something else. In order to proceed a return, please contact us at customers@greenearthmatcha.com.

After you place an order, you may cancel it at any time prior to receiving a shipment confirmation. To cancel an order prior to shipment, please email customers@greenearthmatcha.com. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, you will not be charged.

SHIPPING: 

• All of our Matcha that is in stock ships within 1-2 business days.
• We ship our Matcha via USPS first class or priority which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.
• Shipping costs are $5 flat rate for all order under $49 and FREE shipping for all orders $49 or more (U.S. Only).
• Shipping to Canada is $11.95 flat rate for all orders.
